Robert Viola is a 1970 graduate of Niagara University (BA) and a 1975 graduate of Creighton University School of Law (JD). He has been admitted to practice in New York State since 1976 and has also been admitted to practice in Federal Court. He has over 35 years of experience concentrating primarily in the areas of personal injury and criminal law. Mr. Viola has attained several settlements and awards in excess of $1,000,000.00 (One Million Dollars) on behalf of injured clients.
Additionally, he has secured numerous acquittals on behalf of his clients on charges as serious as murder, assault and controlled substance trafficking.
