Mr. Lindsay is a graduate of the State University of New York at Buffalo in 1988 and a graduate of the University of Toledo School of Law (JD) in 1991. He was admitted to the New York State Bar in 1992 as well as Federal District Court (WDNY) and Bankruptcy Court. Mr. Lindsay has been actively practicing before the Workers’ Compensation Board, Social Security Administration, NYS Supreme and Family Court since his admission.
Mr. Lindsay has served as the Managing Partner of Viola, Cummings & Lindsay since its formation into the largest Niagara County-based personal injury firm. Mr. Lindsay is a member of the Niagara County Public Defenders Office – Family Court Division since the mid – 1990’s.
Mr. Lindsay is a member of the NYS Bar Association, Niagara Falls Bar Association, the Erie County Bar Association, the Injured Workers’ Bar Association. and the National Organization of Social Security Claimant’s Representatives. Mr. Lindsay also served as a Niagara Falls Bar Association Judicial Ratings Committee member.
Mr. Lindsay was recently honored with a BV Distinguished and Very High Rating in both “Legal Ability & Ethical Standards” by his peers.
