Amanda is an associate at VCL with her main area of concentration being Workers’ Compensation Law. Amanda also enjoys focusing her practice in Real Estate, Estates, Powers and Trusts Law, Bankruptcy, Criminal Law, Appellate Practice, Corporate Law, General Litigation and Personal Injury.
A 2009 cum laude graduate of the University at Buffalo Law School, Amanda has clerked for the Chief Justice of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of New York and for the City of Buffalo Law Department. She has taught at multiple local colleges and universities throughout Western New York in the areas of Business Management and Criminal Justice. Prior to joining Viola, Cummings and Lindsay, Amanda worked in the Corporate Law Department at HoganWillig, PLLC and also was a solo practitioner, working per diem for many attorneys throughout Niagara County.
Amanda is a 2005 summa cum laude graduate of Niagara University, with a B.S. in Economics and Finance and a minor in Criminal Justice. She is licensed to practice in the State of New York and sworn in with the United States Federal Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of New York and the New York State Appellate Division for the Fourth Department.
She is a mother of four, a lover of the outdoors, and an avid cross-fitter.
